Ubersoldier 1 uses version 100 of the Burut PAK format.
The difference with the PAK version used in US2 is in the obfuscation method which is quite boring and not easy to implement in a quickbms script, for example for some 24 and 32bit fields it swaps the lower 8 bits.
The key is the the same of m_array_US2_Eglish.

Long story short, can't help.
