Hello! I have been trying to figure out these .DAT files from NHL 2k10 on the PS3, and I can not find any leads on how o extract the files from within them. The first 8 bites are FF 3B EF 94, which is a y;i" header. Any idea's? Thanks in advance!

It's just "data".
Maybe tell us how you got that file because it looks like something extracted with a quickbms script for a format that doesn't use filenames.

The files I got were extracted from a BMS script you made for NHL 2k11. I am currently trying to find textures for the xbox 360 version of NHL 2k10, which is the same setup as the others. 4 big files, 0A, 0B, 1A, and 1B. Here is the original forum: viewtopic.php?t=4388

every single file that was extracted from the 0A file starts with FF 3B EF 94, file sizes ranging from 0KB to 67,262KB
