[Help] Convert .dat files to images [Megaman x4]

Hi everyone.

I would like to know how can I convert .dat files into images.
To be more specific, I need the sprites from Megaman x4 game.
I have used the extractor script into .arc files and then I got .dat files.
I don't know how to go forward from there.
Can someone help me?
