Can not delete posts

hi, i noticed at the bottom of forum pages is says

but i can not delete the post even if it is last post. is it broken? disabled? on a timer? :)

Posts can't be deleted or only within a certain amount of time.
It was a choice necessary for some "leechers" seen in the past (ask, get reply, delete) and to avoid situations in which people seem to talk with nobody because the other user deleted the post.
