it's not a normal zip most of extracted files is encrypted I think only xml and tga are not encrypted
and I can't extract the encrypted files using any zip opener (winRar, PeaZip, 7z)

Maybe your archive is corrupted.
The MUSICDATA.BND you uploaded is just a perfect ZIP file, no idea what ZIP file you are trying to extract now.

since you uploaded DIFFERENT file than you are talking about, it's quite difficult to address your problem

sfxdata.bnd (on the picture you posted) is a zip with standard wav files, there is nothing encrypted , however you can still try to create a few move new threads about the same topic........... ...as I said waste of time here
