As you have noticed, that's something impossible: audio->tracker.
What you can do is lame and doesn't have sense: converting the ogg in mp3 and then use openmtp to create one instrument containing the big mp3 and using one note that plays it for X patterns till the instrument ends.

This is something so horrible that you should be punished to even have thought about that (joking)
