The fox file seems useless, it reminds me something I saw in some codemasters games.
There are various "Neko" magics but I don't see a section of fxp containing information about the stored files.
A possible lame solution may be using the Neko magic for locating all the stored files but even in that case you will be left with these useless "neko" formats.

The format was very different.
