Not sure if that's the place to ask, i've got a tool, that adds nulls at the end of files, it was written for DMC3 textures. I wanna know what exactly it does.

If that's not the place to ask, please, direct me to one.

Moved in the Graphics section, hopefully it will get more visibility.
I suggest you to upload both the original file and the one obtained from the tool in case users don't want to download/run that tool (just in case, probably it's a well known tool in the community)
