So apparently these are a funky format different from the usual that a current tool can properly process. While the tool DOES convert them and extract the textures, the converted models are always warped to varying degrees, and most often beyond repair. I was hoping someone could put together a proper converter for these.

Noesis loads them fine, including the animations.
