Hello,
So i was unsure if i should make one topic for both issues or one each but to not clutter the board decided for the first.

For the Tales of Asteria problem. all the Music and Sound files of the game are encrypted ogg files. i found someone able to decrypt them but he did not really point me into a direction. only telling me there's a decrypter floating around github.
I've asked for a more direct help of him but have not heard anything since :/
I was wondering if someone on here could help me out ><

As for the Tales of the Rays problem. The files are ACB and AWB files which i extracted using the method i also used for Tales of Link.
However the resulting HCA files are encrypted with another code than the ones from Tales of Link.
I've found what appears to be the keys online but was not able to use them with any of the decoders i found (Either unable to run the encoder or getting errors.)
Here i was wondering if anyone knew a decoder that is userfriendly.

The code for Tales of the Rays is {9516284}, / 00000000009134FC appearently but as said, wasn't able to achieve any results with it.

I'll attach some example files. Really running out of ideas by now.

As for the Encoders for Rays i tried

Japanese HCA Decoder - got it to let me input a key, but using the key resulted in the program Erroring.
vgmstream - have found no guide on how to use that sadly
deretore Toolkit - Error says it requires a second key. which many state doesn't exist.

I am unsure if bumping is allowed but i figured it's maybe better in this case?

So i've been fiddling around, looking up stuff on Google and talking with friends.

For the Rays issue we stumbled upon a reddit user that seems to have a working converter for the sound files. however they have not (yet) replied to my question about it and also don't have a full package of the sound files.
I am not sure how much it will help but i'll attach a few example files downloaded from them.

As for the Asteria issue i heard back from the Twitter user i found and they said i should look for 'Asteria' on GitHub not 'Tales of Asteria' and that it wouldn't be a finished thing but would need to be compiled.
However no repository on there seemed useful for my problem, but that may be my lacking knowledge about all the different coding languages.
