That's because your NOT using the PSARC extractor that adds support for PS4 archives, Google is your best friend.
There are quite a few options. I don't know if its ok to post those tools here or links, simply Google it they're all there.

I updated the script just recently but I don't know if the result changes for this specific case.

Anyway, sure that links are allowed!
Moreover if they are the official homepages because "reuploads" are not really trusted so it's up to the users to decide if it's ok or not to download the tool.

well i tried PSArcTool and PSARC Extractor and others tools... all tools can not extract and bms script can extract files but file names not right....

BTW... all .psarc from game can extract normally.problem Only with this file patch.psarc

The script supports filenames if they are available, some psarc archives don't store filenames and your archive is probably one of them.

i don't think so...
there is filenames but the problem with naming fies... for ex

this file should dds but when open it with hex its shaders file...



i will upload whole archive its 255 mb. can you took a look?

Yes upload it.
Anyway note that the filenames are read sequentially from the archive, I don't think there are other ways to reference these names.

Thinks for you script, only this script can extract Psarc from Kingdom Hearts HD PS4.
