Kylotonn Racing Games PKG.
My tool doesn't perform the lz4f decompression, so use the BMS script.
Edit: There's already have a script for WRC7: http://forum.zenhax.com/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=5107&hilit=WRC6#p27429

Probably not, my tools are coded in Delphi and there's no Delphi bindings for lz4f...

I just realized I already have a http://aluigi.org/bms/wrc7.bms script which is wrc6.bms without encryption and without the additional lame byte in header

Script 0.2.1 which is just like the previous script except for one byte because the original script had it (corrupted file? who knows the OP doesn't answer).
