But no tools for edit text files... I use iphone version of TBS and don't have Zeno content editor. Can you help me more ?

Did you even try to download TBSDec, install it (probably Adobe Air needed) and try to use it???!!!
Your file is maybe a json.z, just you unpacked with offzip.
If you rename to json, here is the result: http://oi58.tinypic.com/1osxg5.jpg
