Is There Any BMS Script Or Program Extract Gta IV *.WHM Files it Like HTML But Have Inside of it (Texts,Textures and SCO Scripts)
PS:There is A program Called SparkIV Can Only Extract Textures ONLY From Those Files (WHM)
