I wanna extract vinyls from this game, edit it and repack it. Anyone can make a QuickBMS plugin for this?

There is a tool named "Smash Forge" can depack, edit and repack some ".nut" files. This tool isn't maked for this game.

They are simply compressed with gzip.
Open them with 7-zip and then you can use that "smash forge" on the decompressed files since it's the same format of the other files apparently (NTWD/GIDX)

Sorry for the bump, but is it possible to make a tool to view and rip the textures for the game's predecessor, Maximum Tune 4? The game runs on the same engine and uses the same format as Maximun Tune 5, except the files are all uncompressed. So far Smash Forge is unable to load or view all of them. The TextureFinder tool is able to partly render it though : Image
