Please help to parse this file, it seems to be built on Unreal Engine 3, but it does not look like it at all!

Video clips are collected by a not known tool and the file structure is not clear what is of itself, can anyone at least something about this know?

The file is xored with 0x4d.
The result is a mp4 file ("File Produced with GPAC 0.4.1-DEV")

Discarding xor resulted in a specific video format that does not than does not open

outro.mp4

GPAC 0.4.1-DEV program does not recognize the video file
