Hi everyone.I user ps3.I have a problem. I opened with Quick bms a data00 file.
but I'm getting this error when closing back

You cannot reimport files that are bigger than the originals, or bigger when compressed.

So you must edit the file for occupying the same or less space.

Additionally, by judging the error string, I guess you are using an old version of quickbms because the last ones have more information in that error.

no I using last version a Quickbms.I just changed language text.I get making reimport and I have a taking this error.
the all question 'yes' ? saying.and then I change with original files in the ps3 game.game starting but I have taking 'unhandled error'.
I need reimport patch.
there is in the patch file and quickbms.can you look aluigi?

There is nothing I can add to what I have written before.

There are cases in which even if you don't edit the file, it cannot be reimported because the recompression algorithm is unable to produce a smaller file. This is quite normal with zlib/deflate and quickbms already adopts the best recompression algorithm available to public.
If you know a better library feel free to suggest it.

I try this patch.when doing the reimport didn't do the problem in the first place.

it's easy, rename from " english.txt " to " italian.txt ".
and use the bms script to reimport....
( will be reimported to italian language )

2?
after that, use any Hex Editor and search for " italian ", rename to " english ".
now search for " english (original ) " and rename to italian

italian > english
english > italian

save your modifications with hex editor
and play

PS: it's not right but, you can remove the credits of developers of the game to reduce a lot of space.
and you can do the translation on DLC2 " Reverie ", with the same method. ( advised )

tell us, if you can do this.
