Hello zenhaxers

Is there any tool or script I can extract and edit the files with the xcr extension, used in starbreeze games like Syndicate and Riddick Assault on Dark Athena?

I believe these files are the texts of the games menus.

Here's a sample as an example, and thank you for your attention.
