It's a bad chunk-based format.
I wrote a basic script for it some months ago and I decided to update it to version 0.2:

It's really a chaos of small files and data.
Some texts are in the files in the SCRP folder but it's really a mess

I can see all the texts insite RMDA\LSCR

They start with 3 header: 4B 7F 54

and: F9 B8 4B

and the last header: 04 7F 54

Can you do a string extraction quickmbs script?
