Hello guys. Who can help me in decoding the Cyrillic text to the NFS Underground 2.
English text in simple encoding is easy to edit, but then problems with Cyrillic fonts....
I would be glad for any help.

This tool supports any charset, but you need load/create a table for a charset not supported by the game. The tool post have a tutorial explain how to do this: https://nfs-tools.blogspot.com/2010/01/nfs-langed-v050-released.html
If you are trying port a russian translation, loading the mod LanguageTextures.bin file of this translation should give to you info enouth to make the table.
