Hey, guys. I managed to extract SDS data for Mafia II games, but I'm confused with the DAT & BIN files which contain text from the Mafia II game itself. Although the file can be opened using Notepad ... I just want to have Tools Converter or Extractor / Importer for the file. In order to avoid damage to files.

Can anyone help me to find the Tools ???

This is for Files Text MAFIA II :

There's really nothing to extract there. Both .bin and .dat files are just plain text, the only non-plain thing there being the UTF-8 marker at the beginning of each file (EF BB BF). If you just edit the files in notepad, the marker will not disappear, so you will likely only break anything if you change the numbers in the beginning of each line.

Mafia 2 SDS Tool For PC version
Support Scripts & Textures & XML and text or other Stuff
Download Tool

note: PS3 and Xbox 360 has a Different header and tool can't support SDS File For Consoles
also, some Subtitles and GUI-text files stored in between Sound Archive
and use UTF-8 for text and XML files (but first, check unicode type in a Hex editor)
