Can somebody look into these files?

Text (Japanese, apparantly UTF-8) should be in those files, based on title.

It is .luc file, but header is written backward and after a lot of 00 there is BILZ that seems also backwards for ZLIB (and it goes for all files for this game).

Files attached with some other formats, maybe that helps.

Kyoei Toshi Tool

See Readme.txt for instructions.
Notes: Localization files are Lua compiled files, so you'll need some Lua Decompiler to get the texts.
Not tested ingame.
