Apparently there exists a command line tool for converting these models but when I used it, it lacked the ability to generate UV mapping for anything from this game. Here are the samples, a texture converter, and everything needed for each file. I need to find a way to convert these to OBJ's with UV's.

Your best bet could be the Wii U version if they have the same format. I can't help you beyond here.
