It's a flash file.

The first step is decompressing the file using this script:
http://aluigi.org/papers/bms/others/cws2fws.bms

Then use a decompiler to extract all the resources, a good one is:
https://www.free-decompiler.com/flash/download/

P.S.: Yes I agree, the name of that website is horrible but the program is free, open source, written in Java, updated and works perfectly.

Can you help me, on this file? Can't extract with this Script, is the same game .dat, but with Portuguese Brazilian translation. I just need the text files.
