alright so i decided to download a rom of SquigglePants for the 3DS (I tried to do the Wii version but it didn't work out so well) and extracted the games files to find both the Patchy Segments (Which these look like crap on the 3DS) and supposedly the music files as well. Here is and example of one of the supposed audio files. Could you possibly tell me what program i need to use in order to convert this to a .WAV? Thanks
