hi i previously used nxpk.bms to unpack netease games but this time there is is hash file in there can anyone figure out how how to unpack it it would be great if u could help http://www.mediafire.com/folder/2e2u2gae3mq2q/res

npk_hash doesn't contain filenames, if that's what you need.
You can easily decompress that file with offzip in case you are curious since it's just zlib compression

i tried using it it says z_data_error and says to run with -z -15 but when i do it it says permission denied i even tried running as adminstrator

You provided only script.npk and it works perfectly on that archive.
The archive in your image is res.npk.

I have been lucky and updated the script:

There are 2 bad news:
1) the key may be different in other games
2) you can't reimport the files
