I have now completely unpacked the bea files. Out came fmdb files as model files as well as ftbx files as texture files. Is there already a script to unpack these files?
I linked the whole Luigi folder here as an example (11MB)

Just rename the file from example.fmdb and example.ftbx to example.bfres and example.bntx?

Yeah, they are disguised BNTX files, I'm making a list of what files are used, what are new and what they hold/are for.
