How to Extract Files With No Extension? (?????)

Hi, can someone take a look and see if these file can be extracted?
They have no format or extension... the only thing that all files had in common is a bunch of weird text in Hex Editor for their category...

I guess it's an encrypted header and TOC, very small so it's probably just the filename.
For example the file in Music is just an ogg with 0x1a bytes before it while 633237968273571495918286734024567599215 has "Crytek" starting from offset 0x31.
Without the algorithm and key your only alternative is just finding the expected "magic" (OggS or Crytek and so on) and remove the bytes before it for obtaining a valid file without name.
