Do you have other FLS files?

It has the "magic" "0SLF" and I don't think there are real files stored in it.

The lack of any useful information at the end of the archive makes me suspect that the 8 bytes for each entry without any meaning (random bytes) are probably an encrypted offset and size fields.
I'm just supposing since we have the names, the possible crc of name and file, these 8 useless bytes and nothing else.
Without offset and size there is no way for extracting the files.
