Hello, everyone!

I've been struggling to extract 3d models (characters/levels) from Spider-Man for the PSOne, with no results. I once got an only, huge TMD file, probably containing all the models from the game, but could not extract anything from it. This week I got to extract the files from the .IMG, and then from the .WAD file, and got lots of files like these:

thug.bin
thug.psx
thug.rel
docock.bin
docock.psx
docock.rel

And so on.

For every character that has a model in the game, there's these three files related to them.
The .psx are save files as far as I know, the .rel ones are so small that I don't think it have anything to do with 3D models, and the .bin files have more kbytes than the others. I thought, well, I just need do unpack this .bin file so I'll have access to the individual models, textures, animations and whatsoever related to the characters, and find a way to convert them to readable formats.

But I just can't manage to access the files within the .bin file. I tried everything that I know, used several softwares, avoiding the HEX editor because I have no experience with reverse engineering in games.

It's known that PSOne 3D files are extremely hard to extract and all, but if anyone here know a way to do this, it would be much appreciated. Even if I have to use the HEX editor or something like that, maybe with the right direction I can achieve to get these models.

Thanks in advance!
