Need help editing Character Models from Wrath Unleashed

Wrath Unleashed was released for the Xbox and PS2.
The character models are in files labeled ".pak"
Aluigi examined them for me in the Game Archive forum and they do not appear to be in archival format, rather the actual data.
Presumably these files contain the 3D models with associated textures.
My goal is simply to replace textures. I do not need to modify the 3D skeletons.
The character files for Xbox and PS2 are identically named.
I am attaching a sample of each.
