I have already attempted to open these using the Twinsanity Editor but all it did was give me an unhandled exception error.

If anyone can provide me a method to get at least the sound files I'd very much appreciate it.

I doubt there is any music file in that archive.
It's just a resource format containing lot of small data, I tried to write a script for parsing it but it's just a waste of time due and raw data dumped in that way would be useless anyway.
