It's the same format of Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Z, in fact on the quickbms page you can find references to the strings you have in the archive (ENDILTLE . ENDI . PACKHEDR . PACKTOC . PACKFSLS . PACKFSHD . GENESTRT):
