How to rebuild a file *.dbu

Hi, I am new here.
I used the "quickbms" program to extract a * .dbu file and many files appeared to me. My question is, how can I rebuild the file? What I want is that with all the files that were extracted, create the * .dbu file.
I wait an answer please.

What's the name of the game?
What exact quickbms script did you use?
Have you already tried the reimport and reimport2 methods?
