XML inside a .DAT file

Hello everyone,
This is supposed to be a XML file but they've encrypted it and now it is a .DAT file
So far i did not succeed to read it, somebody could help?

Remember to specify EVER the name of the game.

The first 32bit is a float ("1.0"), the rest of the data is senseless, probably compressed or encrypted.
