It's [Lilly Wu and the Terra Cotta Mystery] game,
.package file contain *.sprite and *.png

try to use encryption_scan to encryption .sprite can not found someting.
i think is a xml or json?

They are not encrypted and they are just micro files of 80 bytes, not important.

You can open it with a hex editor. It's just a "TSO" magic followed by some 32bit numbers.
