I've dumped a decrypted DLC character model archive from RAM (the game resources outside of videos and audio are encrypted and compressed) and extracted it with this script:
http://aluigi.org/bms/naruto_paa_bin_arc.bms

Archive: http://www.mediafire.com/file/fft5p0t080tlgl6
Expanded Archive: http://www.mediafire.com/file/d6hpxqtfy78ykmh
Expanded Archive contents:

I managed to extract the .pta file with the same script (it's just a renamed archive with texture files in .gtf format), but I can't make sense of the rest of the files. I assume that the .pmd file contains the model data (it's definitely not a mmd model), but I can't otherwise make sense of the file formatting.

Finally, I have a feeling that the .plt file isn't the correct size due to how I dumped the original archive from RAM.

Any help would be greatly appreciated to help import the archive or its expanded files into a program like noesis to convert it into an usable format.
