I know how to extract them... I assume you want to translate the game though? Because in that case making a QuickBMS script probably wouldn't be the best way.

is it a new UE4 ? If so and somene make a research i can make repacker, i dont have time fo research but for i could make some spear time

I found a way to extract them, although I don't know if it's reversible. I will try and find the time tomorrow to write down an explanation.
