I suspect it's obfuscated since the "GEA_" magic and the first 16 bytes of the header are the only readable thing.

Thank you for the response! Pardon me though, but what does this mean? Does this mean it can't be extracted no matter how hard we try? Or is there a way?

Magic is a term used for a sort of "signature" in a file format, a sequence of bytes that is fixed in all the files of the same format.

Basically what I meant is that only the first 16 bytes are visible and therefore it's not possible to extract the data from that file.
The only way is finding someone who wants to debug the game.
