Unknown date format [A Kappa's Trail for DSiWare]

There's a 16 byte file called builddate.dat in A Kappa's Trail for DSiWare, but I have no idea what the date format is (or if it even is a date like the filename says).

Do you have the original timestamp of the file?
I mean the one coming from the ISO (or whatever support it comes from).

The filesystem used for DS/DSi games (NitroFS) doesn't have a timestamping feature.
