I have been looking at the Skate 3 Savefile structure lately and it does contain an archive with textures.
Textures from the "EA Skate 3 graphics creator" official website. I think that could be an angle of attack for injecting NEW textures into the game for the character creator instead of modifying existing gamefiles. I have been looking at this structure for a while now and I can't seem to find a working pattern for exporting the files, so any help with this would be very appreciated.

File in question is attached.

The actual texture/file part starts at offset: 29C0 and forward.

Thanks!

I had a breakthrough on the PS3 files for the game now and can now both replace and add new textures to the game :)
So now it's just the file attached "xbox 360"", that needs figuring out.

I saw the MC02 magic in the format covered by ncaa14_mc02.bms but this one is different and more chaotic.
