Minecraft Server Resource Pack (.zip)

this file seems like a normal .zip archive on the surface but for some reason almost all software like WinRAR or 7-zip completely fail to open it and I know for sure that its not corrupted or incomplete because I've played with the resource pack in game and everything worked fine I was able to manually extract a .png file via HxD from it but not much else if anyone can help with opening and extracting the contents of the file that would be greatly appreciated as I've been stumped for a while about what to do with it

vanilla_complex_pack.zip

edit: the file contains mostly .json, .png and .glsl files

zip.bms gives "

  offset   filesize   filename
--------------------------------------
the file is encrypted, you must set ZIP_PASSWORD in the script!
  000000dc 4294967107 00000000.dat

Error: the requested amount of bytes to allocate is negative (0xffffff43)

Last script line before the error or that produced the error:
  230 CLog name offset comp_size uncomp_size

- OFFSET       0x000000dc
- ZSIZE        0x0c8d47ef
- SIZE         0xffffff43
  coverage file 0     0%   234        8371050    . offset 000000dc

Press ENTER or close the window to quit

"
and zip2.bms doesnt work because its meant for a different format

They both work with the file that you provided in the OP, but the first one extract only a small part of data ~1Mb, zip2.bms extract ~21Mb.
