I want to unpack V-Rally 4 and apply custom livery .dds file. How to unpack/repack it?

In this site, There are WRC 7 quickbms tool, but it doesn't use in other kylotonn game.

I already have the files and ran the analysis. I have a program to extract the files. But there are no DDS files.
