Apparently they are jpgs with a bunch of blocks. But I need a way to convert them into something viewable.

Someone more familiar with low level JFIF stream chunks would need to look at it, as it's clearly not compatible with any tools I have 😅. I'm guessing the filename extensions .dct stands for Discrete Cosine Transform anyway.

The weirdest thing is all this mystery data after the EOI marker.
