Is just XBOX IMA samples with a wav header slapped on it. Here's TXTH:


Get vgmstream, drop .xbw's and the .txth in same folder as "test.exe". Drag and drop xbw onto test.exe to get wav.

I figured that out, thank you. You should consider adding the SFX from this game onto the Sounds Resource. If you don't want to...then whatever.
