I know Game Extractor can read these, but sadly, the results are a mess. Maybe you can help with a little improvement.

The format is the same of http://aluigi.org/bms/xentax_cs/SRF_SRF1.bms
The only problem are the 4-bytes-long filenames that I guess are obfuscated here.
I see an "ima4" in the extracted files so it's audio.
