Thought I would post this here as well :P. From Karaoke Revolution Presents: American Idol Encore on the PS2.
MAIN.HDR is the TOC for the ARK archive. HDR has the names and probably the offset table afterward, but I can't figure out how its parsed. Also included is the file-cut first 100 MB of the ARK archive. Thanks in advance!

The format of HDR is quite complex, not sure if I already covered it in other scripts since there is no magic (and no ARK extension in the scripts).

No filenames since there is no HDR parsing:
