Hey Luigi.

When you have some time can you please take a look at the following archive, from DISSIDIA FINAL FANTASY NT Free Edition game, the files seem messed up in comparison to PS4 version which has folder structure and proper files, there is already tool to convert models, just windows files seem a mess we cant find anything, they might be highly compressed/encrypted, not sure.

cheers

I'd like some method of unpacking these as well, as it would be very helpful to have a method of extracting models and such from the PC version rather than having to deal with the PS4 version and all the encryption crap shoveled onto the console constantly.

Name list here, put mklink /H or something before every line.

Is there a chance in explaining a bit better what do you mean, how exactly it is used?
What is "mklink /H" ? It is kind of confusing :?

docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/administration/windows-commands/mklink

It makes hardlinks between obfuscated names and real names...

The decryption algo see here : www.zenhax.com/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=11093

So each line is supposed to be like
mklink /H character\b_ale\b_ale_mot_00.gapk c7e41720356c02eebb4353078b956c2135a55a4ff68aaa0e172efd3c6264ef1c
?
i've been trying to do this but it still says that the system cannot find path specified
and how is one supposed to get the algorithm working? i can read the c code but executing it gives me various system exceptions

I don't get it either.
I even experiment around changing the order or give it a route to the data, but, I still got the same error that "cannot find the path specified", even when its write down the path

You have to make sure the directories exist before using mklink and you have to use a full path to the target file it seems.

So I managed to create a hardlink for one of the files. But throwing the gmpk in ffsnt.exe does nothing. My guess is that they're still encrypted in some way.

I had to upload it somewhere else because it's 19 mb.

I don't...really understand much of this thread...I was hoping there'd be a way to extract the archives that was a bit...simpler. Haha...

Sad to say, but, I'm begging to think that its no interest in extracting stuff from the game.
Cannot blame them too; its not a great game

Got the files to link, but what is nffo.ffz for and where can it be obtained?
