The data inside that file is senseless.
The initial "FA\0\0" is the only thing with a sense.

Puff, is one of the files in which I found certain differences with the Pro version of the game.
I have another Bin file of the same game, maybe in this you can do something although it seems to have compression.

Same stuff but there is not "FA" which makes me think that it's just a 32bit field and not a "magic" field.

I will try to investigate the files a bit more, but they are all BIN files.
I'm afraid I will not be able to edit textures of this game.
