I know ripping_mama.exe and brsar_unpacker.exe still exists, but they seems pretty outdated by decades.
Does anybody know any recent program to extract .brsar files?

But BrawlBox doesn't extract them with the original .rwav file.
Do you know something else? Like a script?

Unfortunately no... There's VGMToolBox, but doesn't get RWAV names...
